This project was carried out for a private developer and comprised of a three storey block of six flats and one new adjacent house. The contract value was £700k and it was completed in August 2014
A challenging foundation design to overcome the close proximity of adjacent properties and existing cellars, which formed part of the old pub previously on the site. the building was traditionally constructed with particular emphasis on sustainability including the use of photo voltaic panels on the pitch roof.
