Conversion of Old Stable Block Somerhill School, Tonbridge

Refurbishment

This alteration and conversion work to the Grade 1 listed Stable Block at Somerhill School, Tonbridge involved the extensive use of traditional materials including lead sheet roofing, English Oak joinery, lime mortar and stonework.

The conversion, which was designed by Architect Buttress Fuller Allsop Williams, created five additional classrooms, music rooms and administration offices for the school.
